What is the average price of a house in Stockholm?
Property prices for houses in Stockholm continue to rise with an enormous 14% increase in the past year alone. The average price of a house in Stockholm is now just under 5 500 000 SEK (650 283 USD or 583 057 Euro, based on today’s exchange rate). This compares to a national average price of 2 800 000 SEK (331 033 USD or 296 823 Euro) for houses sold in Sweden between May and July of 2016.
