We are always looking for new properties to rent out to our clients, especially in the Stockholm area. From studio apartments to large houses, our clients require a wide range of accommodation. We do not take a letting fee or charge commission for this service. Our goal is to have a wide selection of accommodation for our clients, professionals, whose companies pay us to find a home for them for the duration of their stay in Sweden. We also draw up the lease contract and carry out a move-in inspection report as part of the free service we offer to landlords.

Tenancy management is a fee based service that we can also provide after you have leased your property to one of our clients, if you wish to avail of this service. Alternatively, you can manage the lease yourself.
If you would like to offer your property for rental to our clients, please send us some details, including location, size in metres square, number of rooms, whether it is available furnished or unfurnished, rental dates, monthly rental fee, and most importantly, pictures.
