and their international talents

How do we work? 


We arrange rental accommodation for international talents who have been recruited to work in Sweden by our client companies. A wide range of different properties are sought by our clients, including both apartments and houses in city and suburban locations. Stockholm is the largest market but there is also demand for accommodation in other cities throughout Sweden. 

There is no charge to property owners/landlords for the service we provide as our client companies pay us to find and arrange suitable accommodation for their relocating staff. We present options to their international talents, based on their requirements and budget. They select the options they are most interested in seeing and we then contact the owners to arrange accompanied viewings. Owners need to be present when viewings take place, usually during the day.

Once a rental agreement is reached, we draw up a rental contract and help arrange the property handover. The rental contract is directly between the property owner and the client company or their international talent. Swedish rental law applies. How to list your property

If you would like to list your house or apartment for rental, please email “Property Rental Request” to info@relocatetosweden.com and we will contact you. We do not require exclusive rights to show your property as clients shortlist the properties they wish to view. If you have already listed your property elsewhere, you can simply start by emailing “Property Rental Request” and a link to the property listing and your contact details to info@relocatetosweden.com.
